The Vigor2750 series are for Very-high-speed digital subscriber line 2 (VDSL2) infrastructure, the cost efficient choice for upgrading existing xDSL-infrastructure when operators and carriers deploy FTTx for Next Generation Network (NGN). Vigor2750 series have one VDSL2 WAN interface and 4 Gigabit LAN switch to ensure data and voice packets transmission to client side devices for bandwidth-intensive applications, such as high-definition video streaming, online gaming, and Internet telephony/access. In addition, Vigor2750 series are future proof devices compliant with official IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) ready certified. With IPv6 ready certified, users don’t need to worry about running out addresses of current IPv4 due to rapid usage growth of mail server, FTP server, web server, ERP, CSM, surveillance or unified communication for business side and triple play or home automation for home/SOHO side.

 

Triple play for home entertainment and SOHO

The VDSL2 WAN port of Vigor2750 series optimizes the throughput performance and flexibility for time-critical console gaming, multimedia streaming and P2P downloading as well as IP telephony. The four Gigabit ethernet (10/100/1000 LAN ports) auto-sensing ports facilitate home networking with bandwidth-intensive applications. 

 

Wireless coverage & security

The Vigor2750n router with 802.11n standards for coverage can provide either 2.4G or 5G wireless configuration which allows users to choose best fit for their wireless usage. For wireless security, Vigor2750n router is also efficient for wireless network management. For instance, its "Wireless LAN isolation" can easily isolate wireless network for friends or guests. Then, the access rights of various wireless clients can be managed by “MAC address control" and deployed "WEP/WPA/WPA2" authentication. No need to remember passwords, you simply press "WPS" button on router and then enable users to securely connect laptop or computers to the router!

 

3.5G USB modem as the backup Internet access

DrayTek understands users want to have Internet access at the moment moving into new premise (e.g. home) and keep online even during the downtime of the fixed broadband line. Therefore, DrayTek lets Vigor2750 series have 2 USB ports to connect USB printer and 3.5G USB modem as second WAN for back up if the installation of VDSL2 line is not ready yet or the fixed broadband line drops.
